I had the sudden urge to blog, so I said to myself.... why the hell not?

Summer 2010 has been quite an eventful summer for me. I haven't been more spontaneous & care free since high school, which enabled me to appreciate life once again since school has been draining the life out of me. You can say that this summer was the rebirth of my youth
Below is a list of the few events that made this summer one of the best... actually, I would say it was the BEST summer ever.
1. EDC (electronic daisy carnival); FIRST rave, ever as well as first time ever thizzing
2. Hawaii; traveled Hawaii with my to-do-list, learned to boogie board, and finally got the best tan I have gotten in all 21 years of living.
3. Outside lands music festival; volunteered and was stationed at the trash can next to the stage phoenix performed at. Perfect and flawless performance along with other groups such as empire of the sun, mayer hawthrone and friends, nas & damien marley
4. the lady GAGA; tomorrow this will be happening, so if cannot explain how epic it will be because that will be in a different blog

Bikram Yoga
Apr. 18th, 2010 | 08:54 pm

Recently my roommates and I signed up for classes at Seacliff's Bikram yoga over on California and 25th ave. Bikram Yoga is basically yoga inside a 100 degree room, and you basically just sweat all your water weight out while doing basic yoga stretches. Usually these classes cost about 160 dollars for a two month period, but my friend found a coupon that was being advertised through facebook (living social.com) so we got 20 classes for $20. A DOLLAR EACH CLASS, SUCH A DEAL.
I actually prefer this more than any other exercise out there. I feel as if I'm doing more of a workout even though I'm just standing or sitting in the same position. Also, I've noticed recently that after my runs, I don't get as sore as I use to after taking these yoga classes. These yoga classes have also helped me become less stressed, and me being the stress freak I am has helped me a lot throughout my daily routines. I'm actually not so lazy anymore. Haha. I highly advise you guys to try at least one class at seacliff. It's a really good stress reliever.
